We take great pride in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality items. All of our items are made to order after your order has been placed. Please allow us up to 7 business days to process your order. Once an order has processed, delivery time can vary from 2-7 days depending on location and the shipping speed you select at checkout. We understand that sometimes a rush order is required (for a gift, travelling, etc.) and we would love to help you get your order on time, where possible.
We ship our products across North America! Our shipping fees varies depending on the location. If you are located in the GTA, we also have pickup locations in Brampton, Mississauga and Milton.
We have 2 sizes in our snapbacks - Infant (0-2 years old) and Toddler/Youth (2-7 years old). The snapback enclosure is easily adjustable to fit most head sizes. If you are unsure of the size, we recommend sizing up.
We have carefully selected each font that best matches the design aesthetic of the customizable snapback. Our hats are a representation of our brand and at this time we cannot change the font. However, we do recognize you may have a unique situation where you may want to change the font in which case you can contact us and we will try our best to help.
We currently have 4 customizable snapbacks - Tropical Sunrise, Camo Dreams, Safari Love and Wild Style.
Even though we want every single person who buys our hats to absolutely love it, we understand that buying online can be tricky and sometimes things don’t fit the way we want them to.
Our non-personalized and regular priced hats and apparel is refundable within 30 days following your purchase. Unfortunately, our personalized hats are final sale due to the uniqueness of each hat.
However, if there is an issue with the purchase that we can help resolve, please message us and we will address the issue.
